Ashley Gorley has written over 50 No.1s and has had more than 300 songs recorded by artists such as Luke Bryan, Carrie Underwood, Florida Georgia Line, Blake Shelton, Brad Paisley, Jason Aldean, and Darius Rucker. Gorley has been named Billboard Country Songwriter of the Year four times, NSAI Songwriter of the Year five times, and ASCAP Songwriter of the Year for the past seven consecutive years. Gorley has received the CMA Triple Play Award, which recognizes songwriters with three or more No.1s in a single year, a record fifteen times, making him the most decorated recipient in that award’s history. He was also honored as the all-genre Songwriter of the Year at the 2021 iHeart Radio Music Awards. Gorley has been nominated for ACM Songwriter of the Year for 8 consecutive years and has earned several CMA and GRAMMY nominations.
Gorley launched Tape Room Music in 2011.
