Alicia Pruitt serves as Chief Creative Officer and President, A&R at Tape Room Music, where she leads the company’s creative strategy and champions the development of its award-winning roster of songwriters, producers and artists.

Before joining Tape Room Music in 2026, Pruitt spent years as a senior A&R executive at Warner Chappell, earning a reputation as a trusted advocate for songwriters and creative talent, helping cultivate songs, careers, and lasting creative partnerships. In 2020, Pruitt launched Madfun Entertainment, a joint venture with Warner Chappell, which led to multiple #1 songs through the venture.
