Blain Rhodes serves as Chief Operating Officer and President, Business Affairs at Tape Room Music, overseeing the company’s business operations and strategic growth while helping shape its continued expansion across publishing, artist development and creative ventures.

Prior to joining Tape Room Music in 2017 as Vice President and General Manager, Rhodes held A&R positions at Universal Music Group and Warner Chappell, where he helped identify and develop emerging talent while championing songs recorded by some of country music’s biggest artists.
